3. "ในปีต้นแห่งรัชกาลกษัตริย์ไซรัส กษัตริย์ไซรัสทรงออกกฤษฎีกาว่า เรื่องพระนิเวศของพระเจ้าที่เยรูซาเล็มว่า `ให้สร้างพระนิเวศนั้นขึ้นใหม่ คือที่ซึ่งเขานำเครื่องสัตวบูชามาถวาย ให้ลงรากมั่นคง ให้พระนิเวศสูงหกสิบศอกและกว้างหกสิบศอก
