2. เพราะเขารับบุตรสาวของชนเหล่านี้เป็นภรรยาของเขาเอง และของบุตรชายของเขา ดังนั้นเชื้อสายบริสุทธิ์ได้ปะปนกับชนชาติทั้งหลายของแผ่นดินเหล่านั้น นี่แหละในการละเมิดข้อนี้ มือของเจ้าหน้าที่ชั้นหัวหน้าและผู้ครองเมืองได้เด่นที่สุด"
