19. ถ้าเช่นนั้นมีพระราชบัญญัติไว้ทำไม ที่เพิ่มพระราชบัญญัติไว้ก็เพราะเหตุจากการละเมิด จนกว่าเชื้อสายที่ได้รับพระสัญญานั้นจะมาถึง และพวกทูตสวรรค์ได้ตั้งพระราชบัญญัตินั้นไว้โดยมือของคนกลาง
