8. และพระคัมภีร์นั้นรู้ล่วงหน้าว่า พระเจ้าจะทรงให้คนต่างชาติเป็นคนชอบธรรมโดยความเชื่อ จึงได้ประกาศข่าวประเสริฐแก่อับราฮัมล่วงหน้าว่า `ชนชาติทั้งหลายจะได้รับพระพรเพราะเจ้า'
