4. เขาทูลฟาโรห์อีกว่า "พวกข้าพระองค์มาอาศัยอยู่ในแผ่นดินนี้เพราะไม่มีทุ่งหญ้าจะเลี้ยงสัตว์ของข้าพระองค์ผู้รับใช้ของพระองค์ เพราะเหตุว่าในแผ่นดินคานาอันนั้นกันดารอาหารนัก เหตุฉะนี้บัดนี้ ขอโปรดให้ข้าพระองค์ผู้รับใช้ของพระองค์อาศัยอยู่ในแผ่นดินโกเชนเถิด"
