20. วันนั้นอิสราเอลก็ให้พรแก่ทั้งสองคนว่า "พวกอิสราเอลจะใช้ชื่อเจ้าให้พรว่า `ขอพระเจ้าทรงโปรดให้ท่านเป็นเหมือนเอฟราอิมและเหมือนมนัสเสห์เถิด'" อิสราเอลจึงให้เอฟราอิมเป็นใหญ่กว่ามนัสเสห์
