4. โดยความเชื่อ อาแบลนั้นจึงได้นำเครื่องบูชาอันประเสริฐกว่าเครื่องบูชาของคาอินมาถวายแด่พระเจ้า เพราะเหตุเครื่องบูชานั้นจึงมีพยานว่าท่านเป็นคนชอบธรรม คือพระเจ้าทรงเป็นพยานแก่ของถวายของท่าน โดยความเชื่อนั้น แม้ว่าอาแบลตายแล้วท่านก็ยังพูดอยู่
