7. โดยความเชื่อ เมื่อพระเจ้าทรงเตือนโนอาห์ถึงเหตุการณ์ที่ยังไม่ปรากฏ ท่านมีใจเกรงกลัวจัดแจงต่อนาวา เพื่อช่วยครอบครัวของท่านให้รอด และด้วยเหตุนี้เอง ท่านจึงได้ปรับโทษแก่โลก และได้เป็นทายาทแห่งความชอบธรรม ซึ่งบังเกิดมาจากความเชื่อ
