13. เพราะว่าเมื่อพระเจ้าได้ทรงทำพระสัญญาไว้กับอับราฮัมนั้น โดยเหตุที่ไม่มีใครเป็นใหญ่กว่าพระองค์ที่พระองค์จะทรงให้คำปฏิญาณได้นั้น พระองค์ก็ได้ทรงให้คำปฏิญาณแก่พระองค์เอง
