4. โมอับเอ๋ย จงให้ผู้ถูกขับไล่ของเราอาศัยอยู่ท่ามกลางท่าน จงเป็นที่กำบังภัยแก่เขาให้พ้นจากหน้าผู้ทำลาย เพราะผู้บีบบังคับได้สิ้นสุดแล้ว ผู้ทำลายได้หยุดยั้งแล้ว และผู้เหยียบย่ำได้ถูกเผาผลาญไปเสียจากแผ่นดินแล้ว
