2. ซึ่งส่งทูตไปโดยทางทะเล โดยเรือต้นกกบนน้ำ กล่าวว่า "เจ้าผู้สื่อสารที่รวดเร็วเอ๋ย จงไปยังประชาชาติที่ถูกกระจัดกระจายและถูกปอกเปลือก ยังชนชาติที่เขากลัวตั้งแต่แรก ยังประชาชาติที่เข้มแข็งและมักชนะ ซึ่งแผ่นดินของเขามีแม่น้ำแบ่ง"
