21. เพราะ ดูเถิด พระเยโฮวาห์กำลังเสด็จออกมาจากสถานที่ของพระองค์ เพื่อลงโทษชาวแผ่นดินโลก เพราะความชั่วช้าของเขาทั้งหลาย และแผ่นดินโลกจะเปิดเผยโลหิตซึ่งหลั่งอยู่บนมัน และจะไม่ปิดบังผู้ถูกฆ่าของมันไว้อีก
