18. เพราะพระเยโฮวาห์ ผู้ทรงสร้างฟ้าสวรรค์ พระเจ้าเองทรงปั้นแผ่นดินโลกและทำมันไว้ พระองค์ทรงสถาปนามันไว้ พระองค์มิได้ทรงสร้างมันไว้ให้ยุ่งเหยิง พระองค์ทรงปั้นมันไว้ให้มีคนอาศัย ตรัสดังนี้ว่า "เราคือพระเยโฮวาห์ และไม่มีอื่นใดอีก
