13. โอ ฟ้าสวรรค์เอ๋ย จงร้องเพลง โอ แผ่นดินโลกเอ๋ย จงลิงโลดเถิด โอ ภูเขาเอ๋ย จงเปรมปรีดิ์ร้องเพลง เพราะพระเยโฮวาห์ได้ทรงเล้าโลมชนชาติของพระองค์แล้ว และจะทรงเมตตาแก่คนของพระองค์ ผู้ที่ถูกข่มใจ
