7. พระเยโฮวาห์ ผู้ไถ่ของอิสราเอลและองค์บริสุทธิ์ ตรัสแก่ผู้ที่คนดูหมิ่นและแก่ผู้ที่ประชาชาติรังเกียจ ผู้เป็นผู้รับใช้ของผู้ครอบครองทั้งหลาย ดังนี้ว่า "กษัตริย์ทั้งหลายจะทอดพระเนตรและทรงลุกยืน บรรดาเจ้านายจะกราบลง เพราะเหตุพระเยโฮวาห์ผู้สัตย์ซื่อ องค์บริสุทธิ์ของอิสราเอล จะทรงเลือกสรรเจ้า"
