16. ดังนั้น ผู้ใดที่ขอพรให้ตนเองในแผ่นดินโลก จะขอพรให้ตนเองในพระนามพระเจ้าแห่งสัจจะ และผู้ใดที่ปฏิญาณในแผ่นดินโลก จะปฏิญาณในนามพระเจ้าแห่งสัจจะ เพราะความลำบากเก่าแก่นั้นก็ลืมเสียแล้ว และซ่อนเสียจากตาของเรา
