12. เพราะพระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสดังนี้ว่า "ดูเถิด เราจะนำสันติภาพมาถึงเธออย่างกับแม่น้ำ และสง่าราศีของบรรดาประชาชาติ เหมือนลำน้ำที่กำลังล้น และเจ้าทั้งหลายจะได้ดูด เธอจะอุ้มเจ้าไว้ที่บั้นเอวของเธอ และเขย่าขึ้นลงที่เข่าของเธอ
