3. พระองค์ได้ทรงทวีชนในประชาชาตินั้นขึ้น พระองค์มิได้ทรงเพิ่มความชื่นบานของเขา เขาทั้งหลายเปรมปรีดิ์ต่อพระพักตร์พระองค์ ดั่งด้วยความชื่นบานเมื่อฤดูเกี่ยวเก็บ ดั่งคนเปรมปรีดิ์เมื่อเขาแบ่งของริบมานั้นแก่กัน
