11. เพราะผ้าคาดเอวติดอยู่ที่เอวของมนุษย์ฉันใด เราก็ได้กระทำให้วงศ์วานทั้งสิ้นของอิสราเอลและวงศ์วานทั้งสิ้นของยูดาห์ติดอยู่กับเราฉันนั้น พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสดังนี้ เพื่อเขาทั้งหลายจะเป็นประชาชน ชื่อเสียง ที่สรรเสริญ และสง่าราศีแก่เรา แต่เขาทั้งหลายก็ไม่ฟัง
