10. พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสแก่ชนชาตินี้ว่า "เขาทั้งหลายรักที่จะพเนจรไปอย่างนี้ เขาทั้งหลายไม่ยับยั้งเท้าของเขาไว้ ฉะนั้นพระเยโฮวาห์จึงไม่ทรงรับเขา บัดนี้พระองค์จะทรงระลึกถึงความชั่วช้าของเขา และลงโทษการผิดบาปของเขา"
