2. เพราะฉะนั้น พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าแห่งอิสราเอลตรัสกับผู้เลี้ยงแกะผู้ดูแลประชาชนของเราดังนี้ว่า "เจ้าทั้งหลายได้กระจายฝูงแกะของเรา และได้ขับไล่มันไปเสีย และเจ้ามิได้เอาใจใส่มัน" พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสว่า "ดูเถิด เราจะลงโทษเจ้าเพราะการกระทำที่ชั่วของเจ้า
