16. จงทราบว่าพระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสดังนี้เกี่ยวกับกษัตริย์ ผู้ประทับบนพระที่นั่งของดาวิด และเกี่ยวกับประชาชนทั้งสิ้นผู้อาศัยอยู่ในเมืองนี้ คือญาติพี่น้องของท่าน ผู้มิได้ถูกเนรเทศไปกับท่านว่า
