12. จงไปประกาศถ้อยคำเหล่านี้ไปทางเหนือกล่าวว่า `พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสว่า อิสราเอลผู้กลับสัตย์เอ๋ย กลับมาเถิด เราจะไม่ให้ความกริ้วของเราสวมทับเจ้า เพราะเราประกอบด้วยพระกรุณาคุณ พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสดังนี้แหละ เราจะไม่กริ้วเป็นนิตย์
