10. เมื่อบรรดาเจ้านายและบรรดาประชาชน ผู้เข้ากระทำพันธสัญญาได้ยินว่า ทุกคนจะปล่อยทาสของตนทั้งชายและหญิง เพื่อว่าเขาทั้งหลายจะไม่ถูกกระทำให้เป็นทาสอีก เขาทั้งหลายก็ได้เชื่อฟังและปล่อยทาสให้เป็นอิสระ
