17. เพราะฉะนั้น พระเยโฮวาห์จึงตรัสดังนี้ว่า เจ้าทั้งหลายมิได้เชื่อฟังเราด้วยการป่าวร้องเรื่องอิสรภาพต่อพี่น้องและเพื่อนบ้านของตน พระเยโฮวาห์ตรัสว่า ดูเถิด เราป่าวร้องว่า เจ้าทั้งหลายเป็นอิสระต่อดาบ ต่อโรคระบาด และต่อการกันดารอาหาร เราจะกระทำเจ้าให้ย้ายไปอยู่ในบรรดาราชอาณาจักรของแผ่นดินโลก
