6. ฉะนั้นเจ้าต้องไป และในวันถืออดอาหาร เจ้าจงอ่านพระวจนะของพระเยโฮวาห์จากหนังสือม้วน ซึ่งเจ้าเขียนไว้ตามคำบอกของเราให้ประชาชนทั้งสิ้นในพระนิเวศของพระเยโฮวาห์ได้ยิน เจ้าจงอ่านให้คนทั้งปวงแห่งยูดาห์ ผู้ออกมาจากหัวเมืองของเขาให้เขาได้ยินด้วย
