4. ให้ผู้นั้นหนีไปยังเมืองเหล่านี้เมืองใดเมืองหนึ่ง และยืนอยู่ที่ทางเข้าประตูเมืองนั้น และอธิบายเรื่องของตนให้แก่พวกผู้ใหญ่ในเมืองนั้นให้ทราบ แล้วเขาทั้งหลายจะนำผู้นั้นเข้าไปในเมือง กำหนดที่ให้อยู่แล้วผู้นั้นจะอยู่ที่นั่นในหมู่พวกเขาทั้งหลาย
