17. "เหตุไฉนท่านจึงมิได้รับประทานเครื่องบูชาไถ่บาปในที่บริสุทธิ์ ในเมื่อเป็นของบริสุทธิ์ที่สุด และพระเจ้าได้ประทานของเหล่านั้นให้แก่ท่านเพื่อท่านจะได้รับความชั่วช้าของชุมนุมชน เพื่อทำการลบมลทินบาปของเขาทั้งหลายต่อพระพักตร์พระเยโฮวาห์
