4. หรือถ้าคนหนึ่งคนใดเผลอตัวกล่าวคำปฏิญาณด้วยริมฝีปากว่าจะกระทำชั่วหรือดี หรือเผลอตัวกล่าวคำปฏิญาณใดๆ และเขากระทำโดยไม่ทันรู้ตัว เมื่อเขารู้สึกตัวแล้วในประการใดก็ตาม เขาก็มีความผิด
