13. ครั้นเขาไปแล้ว ดูเถิด ทูตสวรรค์ขององค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าได้มาปรากฏแก่โยเซฟในความฝันแล้วบอกว่า "จงลุกขึ้นพากุมารกับมารดาหนีไปประเทศอียิปต์ และคอยอยู่ที่นั่นจนกว่าเราจะบอกเจ้า เพราะว่าเฮโรดจะแสวงหากุมารเพื่อจะประหารชีวิตเสีย"
