15. ผู้ว่าราชการคนที่อยู่ก่อนข้าพเจ้าได้เบียดเบียนประชาชน ได้เอาเงินเป็นค่าอาหารและน้ำองุ่นไปจากเขา นอกจากเงินวันละสี่สิบเชเขล แม้ข้าราชการของท่านก็ได้ใช้อำนาจเหนือประชาชน แต่ข้าพเจ้ามิได้กระทำเช่นนั้น เพราะความยำเกรงพระเจ้า
