28. เพราะว่าชายผู้นั้นต้องอยู่ในเขตเมืองลี้ภัยจนมหาปุโรหิตถึงแก่ความตาย ภายหลังเมื่อมหาปุโรหิตถึงแก่ความตายแล้ว ผู้ฆ่าคนนั้นจะกลับไปยังแผ่นดินที่เขาถือกรรมสิทธิ์อยู่ก็ได้
