4. ข้าแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า มีผู้ใดบ้างที่จะไม่ยำเกรงพระองค์ และไม่ถวายพระเกียรติแด่พระนามของพระองค์ เพราะว่าพระองค์ผู้เดียวทรงเป็นผู้บริสุทธิ์ ประชาชาติทั้งปวงจะมานมัสการจำเพาะพระพักตร์พระองค์ เพราะว่าการพิพากษาของพระองค์ปรากฏแจ้งแล้ว"
