11. "ข้าแต่องค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า พระองค์ทรงสมควรที่จะได้รับคำสรรเสริญ พระเกียรติ และฤทธิ์เดช เพราะว่าพระองค์ได้ทรงสร้างสรรพสิ่งทั้งปวง และสรรพสิ่งทั้งปวงนั้นก็ทรงสร้างขึ้นแล้วและดำรงอยู่ตามชอบพระทัยของพระองค์"
