16. และของประทานนั้นก็ไม่เหมือนกับผลซึ่งเกิดจากบาปของคนนั้นคนเดียว เพราะว่าการพิพากษาที่เกิดขึ้นเนื่องจากการละเมิดเพียงครั้งเดียวนั้น ได้นำไปสู่การลงโทษ แต่ของประทานภายหลังการละเมิดหลายครั้งนั้นนำไปสู่ความชอบธรรม
