19. "พระเยโฮวาห์จอมโยธาตรัสดังนี้ว่า การอดอาหารในเดือนที่สี่ การอดอาหารในเดือนที่ห้าและการอดอาหารในเดือนที่เจ็ด และการอดอาหารในเดือนที่สิบ จะเป็นที่ให้ความบันเทิงและความร่าเริง และเป็นการเลี้ยงที่ให้ชื่นชมแก่วงศ์วานยูดาห์ เหตุฉะนั้นเจ้าจงรักความจริงและสันติภาพ
