25. 「 以 斯 拉 啊 ， 要 照 著 你 神 賜 你 的 智 慧 ， 將 所 有 明 白 你 神 律 法 的 人 立 為 士 師 、 審 判 官 ， 治 理 河 西 的 百 姓 ， 使 他 們 教 訓 一 切 不 明 白 神 律 法 的 人 。
