4. 或 是 有 人 嘴 裡 冒 失 發 誓 ， 要 行 惡 ， 要 行 善 ， 無 論 人 在 甚 麼 事 上 冒 失 發 誓 ， 他 卻 不 知 道 ， 一 知 道 了 就 要 在 這 其 中 的 一 件 上 有 了 罪 。
