7. 就是這地的人，也因酒搖晃不定，因濃酒東倒西歪；祭司和先知都因濃酒搖晃不定，被酒弄至昏亂，因濃酒東倒西歪。他們見異象的時候，搖晃不定，他們判斷的時候，也顛顛倒倒。
