2. 因此，耶和華以色列的　神論到牧養他（“他”原文作“我”）子民的牧人這樣說：“你們使我的羊群四散，把牠們趕走，並沒有看顧牠們；看哪！我必因你們的惡行懲罰你們。”這是耶和華的宣告。
