10. 所以，我的僕人雅各啊！你不要懼怕。’這是耶和華的宣告。‘以色列啊！你不要驚慌。因為我必拯救你從遠方回來，必拯救你的後裔脫離他們被擄之地。雅各必歸回，得享平靜安逸，沒有人可以使他害怕。
