13. 呼籲人民禁食禱告祭司啊！你們要腰束麻布，並且痛哭。在祭壇侍候的啊！你們要哀號。事奉我的 神的啊！你們披上麻布進去過夜吧，因為素祭和奠祭，都從你們的 神的殿中止息了。
