21. 於是我說：“這些人來作甚麼？”那天使回答：“他們就是把猶大趕散的角，以致沒有一人可以抬起頭來；但這些匠人要來驚嚇列國，打掉他們的角；這些列國就是曾經舉起他們的角攻擊猶大地，把猶大地的人趕散的。”（本章第18-21節在《馬索拉抄本》為2:1-4）
