8. Còn nếu vua muốn đi, thì hãy đi đi khá làm cho mình mạnh mẽ mà chinh chiến đi; Ðức Chúa Trời sẽ khiến vua ngã trước mặt quân thù; vì Ðức Chúa Trời có quyền giúp cho thắng và cũng có quyền làm cho sa bại.
