16. Vậy nên, Chúa Giê-hô-va, Ðức Chúa Trời vạn quân, phán như vầy: Trong mọi nơi phố trợ, người ta sẽ than khóc; trong mọi đường phố, người ta sẽ kêu la rằng: Hỡi ôi! Hỡi ôi! Người ta sẽ mời kẻ cày ruộng đến thảm sầu, và những kẻ giỏi than van đến kêu khóc.
