21. Khi ngươi hứa nguyện cùng Giê-hô-va Ðức Chúa Trời ngươi, thì chớ trì hoãn làm cho xong; vì Giê-hô-va Ðức Chúa Trời ngươi hẳn sẽ đòi sự hoàn nguyện ấy; bằng chẳng làm cho xong, ngươi sẽ mang lấy tội.
