11. Vả lại, nếu dân chẳng tin cả hai dấu nầy, và không vâng theo lời ngươi, thì hãy lấy nước dưới sông mà làm tràn ngập trên mặt đất; nước mà ngươi đã lấy dưới sông lên đó, sẽ thành máu trên mặt đất vậy.
