2. Vậy nên, về những kẻ chăn giữ dân Ngài, thì Giê-hô-va Ðức Chúa Trời của Y-sơ-ra-ên phán như vầy: Các ngươi làm tan lạc bầy chiên ta, đã đuổi đi và không thăm nom đến; nầy, ta sẽ thăm phạt các ngươi về những việc dữ mình làm, Ðức Giê-hô-va phán vậy.
