8. Vậy, dân Y-sơ-ra-ên làm theo điều Giô-suê đã biểu, bèn lấy mười hai hòn đá ở giữa sông Giô-đanh, theo số chi phái dân Y-sơ-ra-ên, và đem nó theo cùng mình đến chỗ nào phải ngủ ban đêm, rồi đặt tại đó, y như Ðức Giê-hô-va đã phán dặn Giô-suê.
