29. Sam-sôn vớ lấy hai cây cột chính giữa đỡ chịu cái đền, một cây ở bên hữu và một cây ở bên tả, nhận vào, mà rằng: Nguyện tôi chết chung với dân Phi-li-tin! Ðoạn, người rán hết sức, sô hai cây cột, đền đổ xuống trên các quan trưởng và dân sự ở đó.
